Hi,
I have a GTX 460 GV-N460OC-1GI, and I have two questions about SLI compatibility:
How can I know wich version my card is? I noticed from the website that there are three of them (I think I have the first revision, how to confirm it? SURELY I have NOT the rev3, 'cause it wasn't present on the website when I purchased.
Then, I also read that 460 rev3 is SLI compatible ONLY with another rev3.
What about rev1 and rev2 (my case?)...am I free to purchase a 460 rev1 or rev2? (and coming back to the previous question, how in case to assure which one I'm looking at when I buy?
P.S: yes, of course it has to be second hand, cause they don't still sell the card in my country
Thanks!!

I think it stands somewhere in a corner on the card, but I can't see it so directly on mine (not going to build the card out for it). You'll have to get yours out and check it yourself anyways. I think the fan side because I can't notice it on the other side of mine.
With the GTX460, you can make SLI, but only 2-way SLI. It's not possible for 3-way(or more) SLI with GTX460.
You could also place a GTX460 from another brand then Gigabyte in SLI so I don't think the rev1 or 2 will make difference.
