Title: z77X-UD3H - Utility Disk: What to Install and Not to Install?

Hi, first time Gigabyte owner.  My question is a simple one: What should and should not be installed from the Utility disk?  Also, anything else I should be aware of about what to install and not to install?  I have built systems before but as stated I have never owned a Gigabyte booard and this is a very significant upgrade from my current socket 939 that is still reliable but aging.
