I tried from official site http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4168#dl (drivers for XP 64bit) ... when run the drivers displays an error "Sound Blaster Recon3Di requires that your computer is runing Windows Vista or later."

maybe try to find the drivers at creative labs website based on chip which is installed there.
the last solution would be to contact gigabyte support: http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/support-downloads.aspx
