just got the p55-us3l f1 and i have some problems im using this memory

Cas Latency Timing: 8-8-8-24
Working Voltage: 1.65V~1.85V

However mines running like this 9-9-9 24 1.5v, so what do i need to do in the bios to use the ram like its supposed to?
also, everytime i boot the comp i get "loading operating system ..." it stays like that for 3-4 seconds then the os starts (win 7 x64)
how do i fix that?

You will have to manually set voltages and timings in the BIOS. Once you have run a memtest to make sure its running at deseried timings and is stable etc :)

Thanks for the help, and what about the loading operating system message at startup? any idea how to fix that

Hmm no idea tbh, if its only 3-4 seconds and your machine itself is running okay, I would not worry about it personaly.

Have you tried to disable boot time message in win 7,
Don't know where setting is, but you could search win 7 forums,
By product of the nanny state!

Hi
Found a little tip.
Hit Winkey+R and type in msconfig,
tick the checkbox 'no gui boot' to remove the green bar and have a beautiful blue background to remove a second or so of boot time. Good Luck!
