Hello,
when I update the BIOS F4 to F5 it just disappears. I have to reset the bios and reinstall the BIOS F4 is normal. how to solve the problem?

which tool do you use to upgrade the bios?
it's recommended to upgrade using built in utility called Q-Flash, you can read more in FAQ section of this forum

what do you mean "it disappears"?  what happens exactly?
