Title: GA-P67A-UD5-B3 wont start !
Post by: Gru on July 09, 2012, 08:11:32 pm
Hello world !  ;D

My PC wont start at all, and 2 lights flashes : the power button plus a red light at 3cm of the bottom of the card.

All was fine since i bought it, almost 7-8 months ago.

Wont start = cpu/graphic card/screen, everything wont start.

I got gtx 580 gc, i7 proc, corsair tx850 alim, and 2x4 gigas ram patriot.

Any tips about it, or ideas why it wont start?

Thanks in advance,

Gru.

Sounds like a hdd problem. Try unplugging the hdd and see if you can get into bios.

Hi there,

Try removing your CMOS battery, for an hour or so & then try & restart with battery installed.
Other possibilities could be faulty PSU, stuffed motherboard  or even flat CMOS battery, although I might go for the PSU being faulty just hope it's not the mobo.

Another thing you can do is check all cables/hardware etc for loose connections, & dust.

Let me know how you get on.

Ben.
