GA-X38-DQ6  bios list (http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support/Motherboard/BIOS_Model.aspx?ProductID=2665#anchor_os)

There doesn't seem to be a change log available for version F9J. I'm currently on F9F. Does anyone have any information as to what changes have been made from the last version (@BIOS is pointing to version F9I)?

Hi

F9j has some update of AHCI ROM

I recommend using Q-Flash utility inside BIOS menu for bios flashing. Here is short guide:
