Title: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD7-B3 -> Reboot problems
Post by: tudstudent on August 09, 2012, 05:50:12 am
Hi,

I have a problem with my board:

When I am rebooting the board sometimes goes into error. This means black screen and error beeb codes:
___ _ _ (1 long 2 short)

According the manual this is or mainboard or graphics card.
I have tested my proc with Prime95 for a night, no problems.
Testen my mem with memtest, no problems
Tested my HD with badblocks, no problems.

So I am wondering if this is a known problem, or if this is a bug?

This happens before OS is loaded (also with standard bios settings and optimized and manual)

Have you tried the new beta 11a bios. Since bios 10 was the first for Ivy Bridge, the new beta might have some improvements. I have the same motherboard, but with the Sandy Bridge processors. Best of luck

Bad thing is, that I could not find any changelog.
