New build with:
- Intel Core i5 3570K
- Kingston HyperX Grey, 2x4GB, DDR3-1600, CL9-9-9-27 at 1.65V
- be quiet! Straight Power E9 Netzteil - 450 Watt
- OCZ SSD Vertex 4 256GB, SATA-3, 2.5 Zoll
When switching on via the case or motherboard power switch the debug code 'db' shows and the fans start. Soon after the fans stop and debug code '89' shows. The manual has this as an OEM code.
Anybody know where I can get a more comprehensive set of debug code descriptions to try and determine the fault?

Cheers mate !!!
I've got the same setup and it failed to boot with a Zalman 460 W PSU. Just got it working with a brand new 750W Akasa Venom Power.

Hi
If you have a dedicated graphics card as well then I would suggest trying a larger power supply first. Also make sure that the BIOS you have installed on your motherboard supports the processor that you are running.
