My board is a z77x-d3h, I5 processor, 1 stick of "CRUCIAL 8GB D3 1600 DIMM C8" ram. I've had my system together and running since I bought it on 6/11/12. Also, the bios is "f5".
Right now Its not booting. As a matter of fact it doesn't respond at all to pushing the power button. I've tried reseating ram to no avail. At this moment the mb is on its box with only the only connections being mb main power cable, power supply to cpu, header to power switch and reset switch, cpu, 1 stick of ram (only one i have), dv video cable using onboard connector. Also, just in case I tried reseating the cmos but found that unnecessary.
Should I try reseating ram to a different slot? Or flashing cmos?

Hi
Firstly have you made sure that all the power cables are secured properly ? There is the 24 pin and the 8 pin by the CPU.
What size PSU have you got and how old is it ?
Put only one stick of RAM in the first socket. You can try changing them over.
