Title: ga-ma790xt-ud4p cant install bios f7 on win7 64 bit

i downloaded from gigabyte server . there are 3 files

autoexec
M79XTUD4.F7
FLASHSPI

when i clicked all it says  its not portable with win7

help pls

You need to put the .f7 file onto a USB pen drive. Then when the computer is booting press END to enter qflash. You can then reflash your bios from there

do ı have to set default before update?  ı overclocked the cpu and also ram  some voltages and fsb

It would be better to set all to default after an bios update,
And input your required settings,
