Title: GA-Z77-UD5H bios f14 makes advance section of bios not work. windows 7 loads

Bios f14 has issues.  If revert to older version, the problem still exsist.  Advanced menu is crippled and unusable.
Please help.  Backup bios has same issue.  The motherboard reports no problems.  However it is a huge problem.
Computer boots and runs like there are no issues. However the rst is disabled, can not access the part of the bios to enable it.  
I never saw a problem like this before.

I forgot to mention that the bios upgrade was done using @bios in windows.

In a week no one answered this?  Well it turned out one of the DVI-I monitor cables were bad. That was the reason for this problem.
However Bios F14  has too many issues to be released as an update. Gigabyte please fix the bios issues.
