Title: help Dark Mantis

Hi I have done a woopsie Installation went great windows and all programs in then I noticed it was running on internal graphics not my graphics cards silly at this time of morning I decided to go in to the BIOS and turn it of then save and come out thinking I would restart and pick up my graphics card  but now I won't boot into windows I just be a black screen. Help.

Hi cookiebun,

Don't worry we have all done this sort of stupid mistake and usually realised what we have done as soon as we clicked Enter.  ::)

The easiest way is to clear the CMOS by removing the battery for a few minutes after unplugging the power and pressing the on switch. Replace the battery and then load Optimised BIOS Default settings before making anyn other changes to the settings like what GPU to use. Doin't forget to make sure that the monitor cable is attached to the correct port.

Hi Dark Mantis I done what you said and all is back to normal, it still shows intel as the display in the Device manager how do i change it to my graphics card also do I need to mess with the bios it is set to F4  and should be F6 but so far there are no probs, shhh.
