Title: UEFI/USB Controller Problem - GA-P67A-UD3-B3

I installed the new UEFI bios, and completed a fresh install of Win 7 64 Home Premium.

The USB Controller defaulted to the attached image file.  I can not get the intel chipset drivers to reset the USB Controller to the desired intel configuration.

I ran all of the motherboard drivers listed on the gigabyte support center.  I have tried uninstalling the generic USB Hub drivers, but that generally kills the mouse and the keyboard.  I have done several internet searches to resolve this problem.

I have tried rebooting into safe mode and deleting the generic USB Hub list also, but that did not work either.  I tried disconnecting the power before rebooting the pc in hopes that the USB drivers would reset, but that did not work.

I would greatly appreciate some help in getting the USB Controller to its correct configuration.

I would suggest loading the drivers for the "Unknown Device" that you have listed there which is probably a USB hub or similar and then look at any issues with the installed items.

While the (Unknown Device) is probably associated with the USB Controller problem, so far, I can not fix it.  I have manually tried installing different intel drivers ICH10 and different 82801, to no success.

If someone could send me a screenshot of their Device Manager/USB Controller list for their GA-P67A-UD3-B3 may be useful for troubleshooting.

Maybe is not associated with the USB Controller,
try also latest Intel® INF Driver and Intel® Management Engine Interface(MEI) Driver.

EX58, already tried from the intel site (several times), No Luck fixing the problem.

Okays, fixed (Unknown Device) error.  Disable the (Intel Smart Connect Technology) in the UEFI Bios.  I did try the Intel Smart Connect .exe file, but it did not work for this motherboard.

By default should be disabled in BIOS.  ???

If you want to use it, you musta enable the feature in the UEFI BIOS, then you must use 7zip to extract all the files from the Intel executable, then you must update drivers manually from the device manager, browsing he path where you've extracted the files. It worked for me. (Win7 x64, ultimate)
