I am in the process of a new build using a New Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H and ICORE 5 CPU.
The problem is when I put the memory 4x 8GB in all four slots, the fans cut out and restart.
If I use slots 1 and 3 I can get a partial installation and the fans stay on, then get the BSOD!
Any help would be appreciated as I am running out of ideas.
Thank you

I forgot to mention that the bios version is F6 and the graphics card is also a Gigabyte and will not install either. :-\

Hi and welcome.
It could be that you have one of several problems and without a bit more to go on it is hard to say. Please post a list of your hardware especially the PSU.
Are your memory modules compatible with your motherboard ? If so where did you check them ?

MOBO - Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
Video - Gigabyte GTX 550TI
PSU - Antec - 620w NEOECO MODULAR PS
Intel core i5 Ivybridge 3570K s1155
Memory - 16gb (4x8gb) Corsair Vengeance DDR3 (only one working)
LG Multi blu Ray RW RE-WR
Coolermaster Hyper 612S (not in use due to weight)
Memory tested one at a time in the only working slot. Have tried every configuration!
It started off as a complete system from Scan, and added to from other sources.
Have now managed to get the video card working, and installed windows. All ok but will not use the spare 3 memory slots
Thanks for help, driving me nuts!
