Title: GA-Z77X-D3H running very sluggishly

Hi, I put together a machine using the motherboard in the title recently. It's been running fine for two weeks now, but today it suddenly started booting up really, really sluggishly. I've tried entering BIOS, which also moves fantastically slowly - it's nearly impossible to navigate due to the slow speed.

Strangely, once Windows 7 is up and running, only a few things are noticeably slow - such as minimizing windows, which happens in slow motion.

I've run a variety of different virus checks and system check utilities, none of which have diagnosed anything. I've run the Windows memory diagnosis utility, with no clear results, and have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the memory in a variety of different configurations with no change. I've also disconnected all the peripheral devices and the CD drive (in case of some other hardware error), with no effect.

I'm starting to run out of ideas. Anyone got any advice?

Oh, and the other bits and pieces:

CPU: I5-3570k
Graphics:  Radeon HD7770
Memory: These - http://www.corsair.com/vengeance-4gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz4gx3m2a1600c9-288.html - totting up to 8gb.

Please  post a complete list of your components that are attached at present and the settings, O/S you have installed.
