Title: GV-R687OC-1GD Overclock With East Boost

I have never overclocked a video card.  I have a GV-R687OC-1GD and want to overclock it using Easy Boost.  It looks fairly easy, I just don't want to screw anything up.  I wanted to see what others have used as settings to have a basis of what I try and possibly go to.  Any help would be appreciated.  If someone has overclocked this card using another program, let me know the program and what settings you used.  Thanks!!
