 Hello,

at first, i would like you to know that im not native, so, my gramar can be poor. I have bought a ga-770ta gigabyte. the vendor told me that a simple bios flashing would be necessary for my cpu to be recognize by the system (its a phenom II x6 1045t). So, i did it and now my computer is a real nightware: it refuses to start during 5mn, and when it did it, it wrote load bios checksum errors et i need to set again all my bios settings. And when it boots, Its always ending by a BSO. So i would like to know if another new release of bios available. I have read in a forum that a guy run it with the 4 bios version with the same cpu abd what about this version 3fb. Im in need of solution and i will thanks the persons who will answer yo me. Have a nice day, Regards.

Hi there,

check here for the F4B BIOS for your motherboard: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3272&dl=1#

According to the CPU Support list you need this version of BIOS to run the Phenom ii 1045T CPU properly.

Hope this helps.

Hi

Just to add to absic's helpful answer, you can check the various BIOS versions required for each CPU here:
