Title: Gigabyte EX58-UD3R help please !!!!!

getting a Gigabyte EX58-UD3R with a w3540 intel xeon proc.  will it work with this ram

"Kingston memory -KTA-MP1066/2G-- 2 GB - DIMM 240-pin DDR3 SDRAM DIMM 240-pin 1066 MHz ECC unbuffered

ecc is supported by this cpu and x58 chipset

but i never heard about KTA-series of kingston ram, seems like with some temperature sensor, very unique indeed

try to contact kingston to make sure if any special requirements from mb side are needed for this ram
