Hi

Normally the warranty service is conducted via the retailer as you quite rightly say. However as they are not around any more you should attempt to contact their supplier if possible. Failing that then get in touch with your local (Greece) Gigabyte office for help.

The retailer and the supplier is shut down! That is indeed bad luck. The only way now then is to contact Gigabyte directly and see if their local office can help you. Hopefully they will have a repair part integrated there.
