First you might have to put the hard drive into a computer running windows xp or vista but xp is best. Then right click my computer and go to manage.
Then right click the drive as it shows up and initlize it then format it and then put it into your new build and windows 7 will see it.

Why this problem happens with new PCs build?
PD: thank you for your fast answer I'll try in a few hours

Some drives come like that probably 1 out of 10 are like that from the factory. Have had many of them.

And you solve it with the solution you gave me? Very simple but if I don't have any Win XP PC, how can I fix it by my own without another pc

Download the WD Utility to partition the disk.
But to be frank you should be able to partition it from the Windows 7 DVD menu.
What exactly is happening ,can you show some pictures or something.
Have you tried AHCI and IDE Mode for the HDD in BIOS ?!
