Title: problem gtx570 gigabyte, no video signal

hello guys, this morning, I tried to turn on the pc, but I had no video signal and the system does not boot
 I tried different config of psu, mainboard, ram, cpu, display,  but the vga does not start.
 I'm from Italy but the shop where I bought the vga was failed, hereby I can not address to him, i have invoice and receipt of purchase 05/2011
can someone show me the way to rma?
