I submitted a RMA request before Christmas in attempts to get a replacement motherboard but haven't heard anything from Gigabyte. My motherboard failed a memtest after many different sticks, so I believe the slots are bad. Could someone from Gigabyte contact me about my request? I wish I had the first response e-mail I got but I seem to have lost it.
