Title: Forget about contacting Gigabyte directly unless you speak Taiwanese

A week of mucking about via the ggts website. All I asked was "Can I send a motherboard to you for a repair which I will pay for?" Possibly the worst customer service since Western Digital - at least they have a toll free. Hire some people who can speak English. All I needed was the Melbourne phone number, which fortunately was answered by a very competent English speaking technician. Why not send me that number first? I won't be purchasing another Gigabyte product.
