Title: M8000x DPI change button does not work

The mouse works fine as a normal mouse but when I try to change the DPI it does not change, also when I use the GHOST software I cant change profile or create new macros....what do I do?  ???

Unfortunately the only solution was to buy a new one as it was a hardware problem not a software problem.

Apologies for the epic gravedig, but I'm having much the same problem with my M8000x. It's a nice mouse, or was, right up until yesterday, when I started getting this problem.

I'm hoping the post just above this isn't the final word, because I'd really rather not be spending money on replacing a mouse I've only had a few months...

Sorry to say that was that last entry, although the mouse itself still works fine to this day I haven't been able to find a solution to the macro problem.
