Title: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H overclock help.

Hi
am after some help overclocking Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
CPU been used is Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz and memory is 16GB Corsair Vengeance  DDR3 1600 MHz.
