Hi everyone, ive had my gm m8000 mouse since christmas now and it was working fine untill today when i was playing a casual game of quake live when all of a sudden my mouse laser just stopped responding but all the buttons worked fine. I then restarted my pc and the mouse worked fine for 5 mins and then stopped responding. So i turned off my pc and turned it back on and nothing at all apart from the buttons working.
Ive unplugged it, also checked in devices and it says its working properly. Its not my pc because my keyboard as a touch mouse on it and that works perfectly fine.
i have windows 7 but its supported on it so im certain it isnt an operating system problem.
Im not sure what to do next and i am going to ask for a replacement hopefully. but first i have come to this forum just to see if theres anything i can do.
thank you.

Oh noooo, sorry to hear this, sounds like your mice has gone faulty :(
I doubt it’s the O/S.
Contact the reseller and if you don't get any luck, let us know.

Yeah sounds like a faulty mouse i'm afraid. You could try plugging it into another desktop/laptop but am 99% sure its dead :(
