Hello First of all let me Give you my RMA number and serial number. RMA# USA-1350606 Model#GA-990FXA-UD3 and SN#4719331816261SN130440020317
I RMA'd my motherboard due to receiving it with a Missing PCI E X4 slot, I used it as is for a month but then got a network card and needed the slot.
When uninstalling the motherboard I cracked the I/O shield and was wondering if I could get a replacement shipped to me with my RMA. I'm a little OCD over stuff like that.
