Title: YOU JUST CANNOT IMAGINE WHAT GIGABYTE TOLD ME TODAY!

Unfortunately I can't attach an image to this post so you can see first hand.

I bought my tablet in July 2011, the battery has degraded now due to age where it will not last longer than 2 hours any more. It used to do 4 hours. I contacted support to find out where I can buy a battery for my windows tablet. NOT MY PHONE. My tablet, that is marketed as a business device. The equivalent of a small laptop or netbook. You know what

 
GIGABYTE DOES NOT SELL BATTERIES FOR THESE TABLETS!!!

They referred my to the original supplier. Seriously!!!!!

I am going to contact Bhphotovideo, but I already know what they will say. Their website does not list it for sure.

So pissed right now. Any senior managers around??? This cannot be right.

When you sell a tablet for $650 USD understand that when someone from another country buys it they do not pay $650 USD. I paid over $1700 dollars in my currency. More than half of my monthly salary!!!!! COME ONE MAN!!! HAVE SOME MERCY!!!
