Hi I've posted a question, now 4 times using Ggts on two separate email addresses. I've received an email stating somebody has replied however the reply nor my original message are showing when I follow the link in the email.

When you write a email to Global Technical Service....
It is important to have a patience , for several day... for receive a answer....
And it is not good idea , to use many email user....
Ok I'll try to help you ...
When GTS - Global Technical Service - give a answers, it sends you a notice of response in your personal email.
In this notice, there is the response number.
For example, if the number are 1470496 ...
Just tell them, on http://ggts.gigabyte.com.tw, with the user email relative a number (1470496) you have not receive the answer to number 1470496, the response was lost. It should send you a copy ... always using the website http://ggts.gigabyte.com.tw

Thanks, its all sorted now. Gigabyte we're having issues with the website. All sorted now.
