Title: EP45UD3P wont post/ keeps power cycling, please help!

This is my second EP45UD3P board and its doing the same thing connected everything properly, and the board turns on for a second and then turns off, and keeps doing this for ever.

I have troubleshooted every which way trust me but I would sure like to hear some feedback if anyone has any or solutions.  >:(

Change the PSU, clear CMOS

Leave only CPU (with fan) and PSU connected, no other components, then try what will happen - any beeps?

If no help then just RMA it
