Title: Will this 2x80mm PWM heatsink setup work (GA-FM285XM-D3H)

Hello there!

I have a Silverstone NT01-Pro heatsink that I need to mount 2x80mm fans on in order to keep my A10 6800k cool. I am opting for some quite powerful fans (Xilence Dualwing XQ 80mm PWM) because the CPU gets pretty warm.

My question to you fine folk is if both the fans will maintain the same speed, and adjust themselves according to the CPU temperature if I connect them both to the CPU fan header using an Asaka PWM Fan Splitter:
