Title: GA-MA770 UD3 - Advice on motherboard

Is the GA-MA770-UD3 a good modern motherboard? I am looking for something to replace a  two year old MSI AM2 Nvidia  based motherboard. There is one on Newegg.com for $69 + 6 ship. I am also looking at an AMD 6000 X2 processor. The reason I am asking is becasue I already have some money invested in 4gb of DDR2 from the old motherboard.  This machine will be used by a non-technical person browsing the web mostly.
