Post by: chanwei21 on October 09, 2013, 06:25:25 pm
Good Day,

I bought a P25W with only 128GBssd/750GBhdd windows 8. I was planning to remove the existing 128GBssd and add my Plextor M5P 128GB*2, how do I remove the existing ssd? should I remove front cover & keyboard? coz  I don't see I can remove the ssd by just pull the back cover. any instructions or tutorial?

Not sure if you managed to find it..

You should be aware that the SSD is not the same as the 2.5" SATA one that goes in your PC - it is an mSATA (as specified in the specifications) thus, it is slotted into a mSATA slot in the motherboard.

If you look here:

It shows the the Liteon 128M6M mSATA SSD is right next to the RAM slots. You just need to unscrew the screws and pull out the board.
