I have no problem to boot my Notebook with this USB-stick.
after F12 the GA-H61M-S2PV shows only the WD-HD or the DVD to boot.

go to bios setup to set your usb drive as first boot device or when boot up, pressing F12 to select your usb drive to boot.

thank you,

problem solved!

I think I have destroid my USB-Stick when I plugged it off my notebook, because now the notebook doesn't boot from this stick as well.
A new stick is listed in the F12-bootmenu and I can boot up from the new stick. >:( ;D
