Title: Need out-of-warranty service / repair quote

I have a Gigabyte X58-ud3r rev 1.0 that has recently stopped working, I think due to a capacitor that became loose and fell off. I would like to get a quote from Gigabyte service for a repair. The board has been out of warranty since May 2013. I am located in New Jersey, USA. Thank you.
