Title: Case Help: Sumo Alpha Cable Connections
Post by: G1N6ERbread Man on January 09, 2014, 08:45:04 pm
Hi everyone.

I just finished putting together my first computer build and despite the poor documentation that came with the case I have one cable that still needs to be connected.

I am using the Gigabyte Sumo Alpha case and Asus Z87-K motherboard.
Case documentation: http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Manual/chassis_manual_sumo-alfa_en.pdf (http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Manual/chassis_manual_sumo-alfa_en.pdf)

The cable I can't find a connection for is the "Front light control 4-pin power connector" which is pictured under the Cable Kit section on the bottom left of the documentation.

It powers the LED on the front of the case, but I can't find a place for it on the motherboard. Do I connect it straight to the power supply? If so, how?

Power Supply: Modular Corsair CX600M

Thank you!
