Title: quick boost don't work

i have a z68x ud3h b3 with the i7 2600 and 8gb of ram ddr3  but i can get quick boost to work every in touch bios works, but i would like to go up to 3.8 0r even 4.0 ghz, so if can get the utility to work how do i do it manually
