Title: Z68XP-UD3P, bought 2 1/2 years ago now doesn't work!
Post by: gradyhawks on April 23, 2014, 07:24:31 am
Hello,

At Christmas 2011 I bought myself a Gigabyte SKT-1155 Z68XP-UD3P Motherboard off amazon and just recently it decided to die.  Ive since bought another motherboard and everything is working now, however, I just found out that Gigabyte have a 3 year warranty, and since its only been 2 years and a few months I wondered how do I go about claiming on this warranty? Would be great to have my motherboard back working so I can get rid of the cheap one that I bought to replace it.

So.. how do I go about doing this?

Cheers,

Grady

Right, just read through some stuff and got my SN, which is 112300029259, meaning that the three year warranty ran out on the 23rd week of 2014 ... that's the 2nd of June if I am not mistaken.  So quite lucky there, although it seems very unfair that the warranty starts on the date of manufacture and not when you bought it.

Anyway, as I am still in the warranty period.. how do I get this MB fixed?
