Title: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming G1 Wifi-BK - fan and wifi goes in and out

I'm facing two problems with my new motherboard:

1.) the most noticeable issue is that the fans that's connected to the motherboard sometimes turns on and off. I'm not sure how to adjust that in bios because everything is set to normal but they still occasionally go in and out like the motherboard thinks its not required.

2.) the wifi sometimes cuts in and out as well, never happened to any of my other devices, just this new wificard. Not sure how to fix these two problems.

what Bios version are you on?
