Hey,
quick question guys.
Should I use an XMP profile for my memory? I'm interesten in stability rather than performance.
Reason I'm asking is Gigabyte claims XMP is recommended for overclockers only.. didn't know that before.
I thougt it's just an info feature to set the clock/timings and voltage automatically.
BTW I've got a Crucial Ballistix 1600 8-8-8-24 (4+4 GB kit)

I use XMP and I don't overclock that much. I always thought it was nice because I wouldn't have to manually set everything just enable XMP and go.
