Title: Power button does not work When ErP enabled on BIOS

Hi
I use Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H with intel i4770k and psu Seasonic X-650.
When I shutdown the PC, the PSU Seasonic X-650 makes noises (sound like beeps) and LAN \ USB lights are on.
Seasonic support told me to enable ErP on Bios, and so I did.
The only problem is that when ErP is enabled I cannot start my computer at all - not normal pushbutton or by onboard power button.

(I managed to turn on the PC only after using the onboard "Clear CMOS button"

Anyone can help?

Having the same problem with a Gamer 3 motherboard.
