the thing is AMD has listed them only for APUs, but they include drivers for a lot of their GPUs too
this driver set, for now, has fixed my image jumping down issues :D while in desktop (browsing / playing a movie)
don't forget to use latest DDU to remove current drivers
please report back if these new drivers fixes it for you
