I have a Gigabyte HD 7970 3GB (GV-R797OC-3GD) and while playing Battlefield 4 the screen went black.

I restart my pc and it shows POST just fine but black screen freezes after after the Windows loading logo.

I tried difference Power Supply and PCIe slot and it still black screens. I also tried plugging it on my other computer and it also black screen freezes.

I submitted an RMA request to gigabyte website on 12/16/2014 and it still not approved. Sometimes the site won't even load.

When I check my RMA status earlier today I got this message

I tried asking for help in tweaktown gigabyte thread but my topic got deleted by the mods as they say discussion regarding RMA is prohibited.

It is now almost 1 week and I still haven't heard anything from gigabyte nor any update in my RMA request. My computer is still down due to the Gigabyte video card and I need to fix it asap.

Is there anything I can do as it seems like the gigabyte website is broken?

Its now almost 1 month since I submitted an RMA request and it is still not approved nor I heard anything from Gigabyte.

I also emailed the services@gigabyteusa.com but I haven't received any response.

Does Gigabyte ever honor their warranty?
