Title: Problem Installing External Graphics Card

I have a AMD Radeon 260X and I am trying to install it onto my GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard. I have selected PEG in the BIOS but for some reason it doesn't seem to want to recognise the card... I can still use the internal graphics but my Radeon card doesn't want to work

Disabled the onboard gpu in the bios?
