Title: Spanish RMA

Hello,

I am desperate and I need your help. I have purchased a Gtx 960 G1 gaming from a spanish vendor and the card was not working correctly (grey screen and TDR when playing games). I took it back to vendor but he runs furmark with the gpu clock at 540Mhz and firestrike 3dmark with a score of 3500 and says the card is fine. Now they are blackmailing me that if I dont pay 2 hours of "technical support" they wont return the card. Now I have to pay almost 80 euros for them to return me a card that does not work. Let me know if there is a spanish RMA address so I can work this out straight with Gigabyte I don't want to deal with this vendor any more.
