Title: GA-P61-USB3-B3 (rev. 1.1) issues
Post by: Sweg on May 26, 2015, 06:50:42 pm
Hi guys, thanks for checking this out and taking some time to help me out. I am running windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.

Having just received a new motherboard from a friend (check it out here - http://www.gigabyte.in/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3904&dl=1#ov) everything is working fine except for the usb3 ports on the back I/O.

The bottom port will provide power whilst the top port does not. Neither will recognize any device plugged into them.
I have installed all the drivers from the official Gigabyte website including the Entron Usb3 driver. I have even updated to the latest BIOS version.

In my device manager there seems to be a driver missing - but like I said, i have installed all the necessary drivers. These include:

1) Realtek Audio drivers
2) Intel INF installation
3) Realtek LAN driver
4) Entron USB 3.0 Driver

I have attached a screenshot of my device manager. Any help is appreciated.

@Tiger
Thanks, I have installed the drivers. The unknown device is no longer in my device manager.

There is still the same issue with my USB 3 ports though!
