Title: GA 970A-UD3P Front USB 3 only USB 2 speed

Hi there. I've had my pc for a year now. I originally had Windows 8.1 installed and everything worked well. I downgraded to Windows 7 to see if it really was better for me (and it wasn't) and then suddenly the front USB 3 port would not work at its intended speed. Everytime I plug a USB 3 device it would only register as a USB 2 device. So I decided to bring back Windows 8.1. I installed all motherboard drivers first, then GPU drivers but the problem is still there.
Only the back USB 3 ports work at USB 3 speed.

How do I fix the front USB 3 port?

**Attached is photo of what it looks like in USB TreeView. It is only in H instead of S.

I have the exact same issue, but on Windows 10.
