Title: Log in failure
Post by: rufusdufus on September 28, 2015, 02:47:29 pm
Hi all, I've been trying to contact support about my mobo (one of the RAM slots stopped working). To raise a ticket you have to log in via Google or some other membership or open a "Gigabyte (gb) Passport" I chose to open the passport. I activated my account but every time I have tried to continue my ticket and I enter my gb passport details I get failed log in. I'm definitely using the correct details and password. I've been trying to contact gb about it but all forms of online contact demand the same thing, that you use your gb passport to contact them so it's impossible to tell them about the problem. I've noticed that at least one other person has been having the same problem. Can anyone tell me how I should get them to correct this problem or if a gb employee spots this can you please advise.
Thanks

I am really curious.  I just bought a Black label and discovered this but no explanations whatsoever.
I suspect Gigabytes has fallen into wrong hands, or what?  :-\
