Title: unable to link or change source of fan control ga-990fxa ud3

I have water cooling and as it has separate fan for the radiator and pump unit how to I link the cpu fan header and case fan header to sync the speed control of the two fans based of cpu temperature ?

before I had an asus striker extreme an I was able to link the fans  or change the fan to be controller from another temperature sensor on the motherboard.

It does not seem this board has this feature and because of this  my pump is variable speed based of cpu temp but the radiator for the cpu cooler runs off the temp sensor for the motherboard. because of this my cpu overheats under extreme load as the motherboard temp does not rise to kick in the radiator fan to cool the cpu.
